You are now taking the first steps in planning one of the most amazing, important days of your lives. As overwhelmed as you may be, this should not be a stressful experience. From the initial contact to the last note of your event, our wedding experts are here to help you.

It’s as simple as picking up the phone. One of our representatives will be there to answer any questions and set an appointment that will fit your schedule. Upon your first visit, we will walk you through basic wedding scenarios; show video footage of available entertainers, take any feedback or ideas you have, and design a package just for the two of you.

Once you have chosen In The Mix as your DJ, you will be emailed a password. This will allow you to log in to an area specifically designed for our brides and grooms that are booked with us. In this section, you can design your day in detail from bridal introductions to formal dances, cake cutting, and all the music in between.

Three to Four weeks before the wedding date, you will set your final appointment. At this time, you will come in to go over name pronunciations, music selection, and any other specifics you would like handled. The only thing left to do is have the time of your lives. In The Mix Entertainment would love nothing more than to be there every step of the way to help make your dreams come true.

Wedding Packages

Vinyl Package
2 man 5 hours

You will be provided with an emcee of your choice, who will entertain your guests from the time of your formal introductions, until the last song of the night. Working alongside him, will be a fully experienced DJ that will handle all your music requests.

In addition, you have the option to select the genre of music played during your cocktail hour. We always make sure to include a standard lightshow “free of charge” to enhance the ambiance of your ballroom.

CD Package
3 man 5 hours

Start things off with all of the amenities included in our Vinyl package. Then, take your party to the next level with our state of the art simulcasting system. We incorporate (2-42 inch) plasma TVs mounted on LED lit towers that elegantly fade through an array of colors on each side of the DJ booth. An In The Mix digital photographer will capture fun photos of your guests during cocktail hour and reception.

These pictures will then be displayed on the screens so you and your guests can view those candid moments that might have been missed. By your request, we can display graphic images and mix music videos. The Tuesday following, we will mail you a complimentary keepsake.

MP3 Package
3 man 5 hours

Ready to take it one step further? Add a professionally edited montage to the CD package. We recommend that you choose approximately 50 photos and two songs that you enjoy. As we are seating everyone formain course, we ask that they pay attention to the screens.

Our through the years montage will take all of your guests back in time. Whether you’ve included baby pictures, family shots, or current pictures of the two of you, the end result is a room full of smiles. At the end of your event, your entertainer will present you with a complimentary DVD of your montage.
